I love the sense of humour of the Landsharkz crew. Today a mini-me0w and I attended Yet Another Tim Horton’s Event cache, but we had to leave early due to m-ggle commitments elsewhere. We arrived, said our hellos, ate a donut, signed the log book and off we went.

Later today, the event hosts changed the name of the event from (I don’t remember what it was called) to GC87KB3 Geowoodstock Is Coming to Abbotsford Announcement

Right at the very end of the event, maybe 15 minutes after we left, the biggest bombshell in Greater Victoria caching history was dropped: The next GeoWoodstock will be held just a ferry ride away in Abbotsford! And it will be organized by Esquimalt’s own Landsharkz!

EDIT April 2020: Aaaaand it’s been postponed for COVID-19. Will the pandemic be over in time for a 2021 event? We’ll see!
